Apple Cider Vinegar is also known as AVC, it is vinegar made from apple or cider which is light to medium amber in color.
It is made from crushed and squeezed apples, and its liquid is added with bacteria and yeast so that it will undergo alcoholic fermentation process wherein the sugar is also turned into alcohol. After the second fermentation process the alcohol has already been converted into vinegar by an acetobacter or acetic acid-forming bacteria.
What it does?
Some people find ACV to be helpful with their acid reflux this is because of its acid content. Its acid will help increase the acid levels of your stomach and thus help complete your digestion properly.
How it works?
Once you have taken ACV and turn your stomach acid in its correct strength, it will release a hormone in the blood called secretin that triggers the secretion of the pancreatic enzymes into a bicarbonate or alkaline solution into the duodenum for the main process or stage of digestion of your food.
How to take it?
The suggested dosage is to mix 2 tablespoons of ACV and 1/4 teaspoon Bicarb of Soda in a glass of warm water. Drink it an hour before your meal and it should be 3 times a day
