I’m sure sweet potatoes wouldn’t be your first choice when hearing the word healthy, but in fact they are packed with vitamins and nutrients. Not to mention they are naturally sweet so very little sweetener is added to make the final juice.
Ingredients:
2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed 2 large carrots, peeled and sliced 2 oranges
1 apple, cored and diced 1 tablespoon honey
Directions:
Juice all the ingredients in your juice maker then stir in the honey if you like it more sweet. Serve as fresh as possible as juice tends to lose its nutrients in time.
